Nepalese cuisine can be both exciting and intimidating. We combine many techniques and use an assortment of fragrant spices to please each individual’s palette. There are a basic 20 to 30 spices that are used in many dishes. We believe that every spice has a reason for being there, as they have health benefits as well as making the food more flavourful.
Our menu also accommodates to vegetarians and vegans. Judicious use of spices and sauces breathes new life into the likes of the fresh and seasonal vegetables that we use. In addition to the array of vegetable side dishes we provide, We are able to alter some of the dishes on the menu for a vegetarian/vegan option upon request (Please ask a member of staff for advice).
